As a third party data processor we take very seriously our legal duties to ensure that our handling of client data is fully compliant with GDPR regulations. Full detail of our obligation in this regard is set out in the Processor Agreement which is provided and forms part of the terms of service provided to each individual client at the outset of each client relationship.
